1. Shipping of Replacement Parts
If your service requires the shipment of replacement parts or products, we will provide the following information:

Order Processing Time: All orders for parts are processed within 7 business days after receiving your service request or order confirmation. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping options depending on your location and urgency. Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days, while expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.

Shipping Costs: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at account page. Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount or for specific promotions.
2. Delivery of Services
For onsite services, such as repairs, installations, or maintenance, the following terms apply:

Service Area: We provide service to Jakariyapur,Patna. If you are outside our service area, please contact us to discuss whether we can accommodate your request.

Service Scheduling: Once your service appointment is confirmed, we will provide an estimated time of arrival (ETA) for our technician. We strive to be punctual, but in cases of unforeseen delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Access to Premises: It is your responsibility to ensure our technicians have safe and unobstructed access to the appliance that requires servicing. Failure to provide access at the scheduled time may result in rescheduling or additional fees.
3. International Shipping
At this time, Home E Care ships parts and products only within Patna/Bihar. We do not offer international shipping.
4. Order Tracking
For replacement parts shipped via courier, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the delivery status of your order.
5. Damaged or Lost Items

Damaged Items: If you receive a part that is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at support@homeecare.in or Chat on whatsapp with your order details and photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Lost Packages: In the unlikely event that your package is lost during shipping, please reach out to us so we can assist with a claim and ensure that you receive a replacement part as soon as possible.
6. Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Delivery: Depending on your location, standard shipping typically takes between 3 and 7 business days.
- Expedited Delivery: Expedited shipping options are available upon request and usually take between 2 and 5 business days.
